Seng Tiong Ho is an experienced professor and scientist specializing in lasers, photonic integrated circuits, and photonics technology. Mr. Ho received his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and physics, master’s degree in electrical engineering, and doctorate in philosophy from MIT.

As a professor at Northwest University in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Seng Tiong Ho is known for his commitment to ensuring that students have the tools and skills necessary to succeed in the subject and takes a hands-on approach to teaching.
